I usually take a protein shake with some oats 49 mins before morning workout and prepre 10mins before I walk into the dungeon , but I'm a military man and have been up at the ass cracked of dawn for many moons
Are you bro's refering to building muscle with fasting/skipping breakfast or is this strictly about losing fat/cutting? Im getting mixed reviews about being able to build muscle with fasted training and this whole topic in general...As for myself, I enjoy early fasted training with HMB but seems like thats not the proper protocol to follow , if you want to build muscle/lean bulk?
