Hi Dylan,

Really appreciate the videos and information that you put out there. Just wanted some advice on going into a cycle with some pre existing gyno - It developed after rebound from extended nolvadex use, I tried 8 weeks of letro and it shrunk a little but is still there. Surgery is not an option at the minute. Would it be foolish to start a cycle? I do not want to aggravate it in anyway possible. Would really appreciate a response

Thank you

Can you be more specific with the last cycle and when gyno started? Did you use a AI during your cycle? Can you explain in more detail your extended Nolva use?

What are your current stats? How many cycles have you ran and what do you want to run next? Have you ran blood work recently?

I just want to get a clearer picture of your situation.

hey bro... you definitely should not start a new cycle until you get your gyno cleared up... what do you mean it developed with extended nolvadex use? what were you running prior to this other than nolvadex?

After a PH cycle of epistane, ran Nolva for 6 weeks (too long I know) Gyno came about a month after the pct. Stupidly, i did not deal with it, tried 8 weeks of letro 6 months later with no success

bro, the nolvadex did not cause that at all... im not sure why you keep saying that... it sounds like you have rebound from epistane, but thats very strange because that generally does not happen although rebound is always possible with a pro hormone, you never know what the fuck your actually getting but that does not sound like epistane... it sounds like you need an anti gyno protocol first... letro and nolvadex... i would run them 8 weeks... then follow it with 4 weeks of aromasin to prevent rebound... then get your estrogen levels checked and after it is determines everything is in check, then you can start a cycle... you can get all your ancillaries (letro, nolvadex, aromasin) at www.sarmsx.com

It was Havoc epistane taken for 6 weeks. I thought taking nolvadex with letro lessens the effects and shouldnt be taken together?

If you had prolactin gyno then no you would not want you use nolva unless you have prami or caber to help with that... But unless you got gyno from deca or tren nolva won't hurt you.. Letro kills estro.. Nolva blocks estro from the nips.. The nips are what you want to shrink.. Your now attacking two issues if you use both.. Letro usually does the trick by itself so again it's your call.

That was just what I had been told, wasnt saying you were wrong. Im not the guy with the knowledge lol.

there are some that say that but its not true at all... i wouldnt recommend it to you if it was not going to work bro... it does depend on how bad it is but im guessing its not the worst if it just came the way you said it did...

I've had my bloods checked and my eostrogen is in the healthy range, but gyno is still there. I guess that means there is nothing I can do as I already tried 1 course of anti gyno protocol.

try this protocol first and see if that reduces it... the letro is for existing gyno so you have a shot
