I posted about 5 mins or atleast I thought I did not sure if it went through if it did sorry about double post.
Any I'm 19 150lb 5'7 and around 15% body fat. I'm looking to quit drinking for a month and eat healthy and work hard to gain muscle mass and reduce my body fat percentage. I want to avoid any permanent or long term damage to my body like organ damage or mpb, if possible maybe do a cycle of sarms only? Or would that not be much benefit? The only supplement I have used before is creatine.
 
Well if you want to avoid any permanent or long term damage than quit drinking, not just for a month. At least moderate your alcohol intake.
 
Sarms only cycle would be all I would recommend. Before anyone can give you any advice how long have you been training?

Yeah... youre gonna have to quit drinking regularly for more than a month to safely gain muscle a drop bf%

It doesn't happen overnight.
 
hey bro, quitting drinking for a month is not going to do anything for you.. if you are going to drink then it just doesn't mix with any of this especially when it comes to your body.. i tried to do both with some success but nowhwere near the amount of time and effort i put in.. when i finally quit, and i mean i fucking partied, serious partying for YEARS but when i stopped, i have become such a different EVERYTHING and not just with my body but just everything in general.. i realize you are only 19 but you need the facts and when it comes to your body, they dont mix bro, not at all...

For a year and a half, I haven't been to a gym though I work out on my pullup bar,chest press and bicycle.

I only drink probably about once week. I know friends who went on dbol only for a cycle when they were 16 and I'm just wondering if going on a cycle of steroids would even be that bad especially with pct I eat good currently but I don't really have a routine or count my intakes I just try to eat wholefoods high in protein becuase that the way others in my family done it and they are big my goal is to count and plan everything and to just go hard at it for a month or two and then see if the gains were much bigger than I'm getting currently and if I think it was worth it or not
