I could always bump it up a bit. Idk if id even need the aromasin or caber. I usually keep them all on hand. When I start killin estro my joints hate me.

Lpoks decent to me except I'd use winstrol over anavar. Aromasin dose should be 12.5mg EOD

i like it actually... that low of npp you might not even need caber but thats a good dose on caber if you are going to use it... aromasin is 12.5 mg eod... your dosing looks great... i would also switch to winstrol over anavar but thats your call.. you need full protection with it.. heres the link for dga organ st... https://www.dganutrition.com/product/organ-st/

because anavar sucks LOL... its not nearly as strong... its best for females... you can use whatever you want, just telling you what will show far more benefit

You can do either... There will not be a big estrogen build up in just one day unless you were running Test Suspension or a really short ester. I run Prop all the time and eod is fine for me. One thing to keep in mind is that Aromasin can a few days to start working so if you wait until you have estrogen symptoms you're already too late.
