Advice on my cycle, please help

current stats

Time since started training: 3 years roughly
Height: 5' 10'
current weight: 103kg (227lbs)
BF %: not 100% sure but roughly 14%
Cycle history: 10 weeks of sus 250 at 250mg/week (was a test cycle to see if i was going to get good results, and yes i did gained a solid 8kg of lean muscle and kept it)... I completed a full pct and check up with a doctor and all my levels are good.

this is the cycle that i plan on doing i wont get into diet or training because i have those things down pact.

week 1-12

500mg/week sus 250 (2 shots per week, mondays and thursdays)

400mg/week EQ (also 2 shots per week, same days)

week 12-15

400mg/week EQ

week 15-17

Recovery time, off everything

Week 17-18

Clomid 100mg ED for 7days
Nolva 40mg ED for 7 days

week 19-22

Clomid 50mg ED for 3-4 weeks
Nolva 20mg ED 3-4 weeks

Now my questions are can anyone tweak this, so i can get the best possible results?
Also is it best to run my test up to 15 week mark with the EQ? or is it okay to run EQ a little longer on its own.

I am open to suggestions to swap out the EQ for something else, but the sus 250 is locked in because i already have it.
 
your eq dose is way off and your pct is very very incomplete to say the least... thats no pct whatsoever... what exactly are your goals??? it makes it hard to make a recommendation when you dont say what you want to accomplish??? how old are you???
 
I'm willing to bet your bodyfat is quite a bit higher than 14% based on your height and weight. What is your age? In my opinion you need to get in a lot better shape before using steroids or trying to bulk.

You say you have your diet down, but what exactly is it? With as much fat as you are carrying it can't be that great

im 26 years old, im looking to gain 10-15kg lean muscle and lower body fat, eventually once i have a huge foundation i would do some shredding cycles to start prepping for some body building contests. and what could i do to improve my pct? (i don't know alot about this type of stuff so any info would be great)

Also with my diet, only recently started eating cleaner a few weeks back, im saying im going to have it down before i start, but from your opinion what is an optimal BF % to be starting?

My Eq is no longer an option because my guy ran out, but he has Dbol or Deca, and i was leaning towards Deca because i want to avoid the liver toxicity from Dbol.

I'm an inch shorter than you at 240 pounds and feel like a rock. Guesstimating bf% is by no means a good way to go. Most people error in favor of ego. I get Dexa-scans monthly and what spares me is workout intensity and having what I call a 90% clean diet (maybe 95% clean cuz I could fart a salmon on request). Your cycle is off, your PCT sucks and your assumption, rather exclamation of ' i wont get into diet or training because i have those things down pact' is both presumptuous and a bit cocky. There is always room for improvement and your proposed cycle is proof.

Let's get some full stats because your assumption of being more than what you currently are is only gonna lead you to complacency and stagnation as far as getting jacked. Sounds harsh, but it is true... you come off as more impressed with yourself than interested in getting this cycle right. Maybe I'm wrong, I hope so, but even at my ht/wt/stature I feel inadequate for my goals whereas you seem to be touting oneself despite your stated deficiencies.

Eq is out of the question now, my guy ran out.... So im leaning more towards deca or dbols (i can get either).

Diet before i started clean eating few weeks ago was what you would call an "average diet", so instead of my diet down pact, i would say its on its way.. but then again thats on me with discipline to keep it clean!


since eq is out it would look something like this.

Week 1-6

Sus 250 500mg/week
Dbol 30mg/ED

Week 6-10

Sus 250 500mg/week


OR

Week 1-10

Sus 250 500mg/week
Deca 400mg/week

Week 1-12

Sus 250 500mg/week

ill Scrap my PCT and take some recommendations for it, id really like to get this part perfect.

And do you know how to manipulate your marcos for a cycle?

EQ is not out of the question , your guy isn't the only guy who has it.

You also have to be realistic; 10-15 KG's of lean mass from one ten week cycle isn't happening.
 
Being as high % body fat as you are, i would not touch dbol. Its all water weight to being with, and heavy on sides. If you want to add an oral do tbol or anavar. But again that high of body fat should be cut down before those.
