What RickRock just laid out for you is a perfect pct for you after your test run. It may seem excessive at first but the compounds outlined will help you keep gains you have made, but more importantly ensure you properly recover from your test run. The PCT portion of any cycle is IMO, the most critical. We're talking about your long term health here. No reason to cut corners. Doing this right will allow you to properly run cycles in the future and ensure you're healthy while doing it.
