Advice on a 2nd cycle

Hi Dylan,

First, I want to thank you for all the information you provide.Your video's are great! The community needs more people like you. Now, I was wondering if you could help

me put together my second cycle. In May of 2016 I ran My first cycle of Test E for 12 weeks @ 500mg. Ran PCT after and everything went fine. I loved the gains I got

from the cycle, but unfortunately I lost them due to work and not being able to hit the gym for 5 months. Now I want to try and put together my second cycle to start in

April. Before I start my cycle I will be getting my bf down that I gained from eating like shit and not working out for 5 months. I am aiming to get my bf% down to 12-

15%. With that being said. What would you recommend for a second cycle ? Here are my stats....

Age 36
height 5'11
weight 188

Sorry for typo I meant 198. When I was training I was at 212-215.

I wasn't able to train for 5 months... Had other priorities with work and renovating my house.

I wasn't eating right, Once or twice a day (garbage food) compared to 6-7 real meals when I was training.

Been lifting for about 6-7 years before the 5 month break. Never took so much time off from lifting beside's a week or two off here

and there through out the years. I'm back at it now hitting the gym 5 days a week and eating like I'm suppose too.

I'm not planning to start my 2nd cycle until about April maybe even May.

I want to make sure my body is in full swing of lifting again before I start. I Just want to get some input/advice on what I should run

as a 2nd cycle once the time comes. Thanks guys!

hey bro, i admire you desire to get right back after it but you need to get back in the gym for at least 6 months before considering a cycle and thats the bare minimum... i am happy and impressed that you know to get your body fat down before starting... get back training consistently and dieting with discipline and then we can start working on a next cycle.. you may want to consider using sarms after a few weeks back in the gym.. they are going to be perfect for what your trying to accomplish... i can help you set up a cycle.... here is a link to my articles on sarms... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

you can start it anytime but my recommendation is get consistent with diet and training first so it is far more effective and beneficial... i would consider taking sr9009 ALONE for 12 weeks while you are getting consistent and this will help with endurance and increasing metabolism and no pct is required.. once you finish, then start the stack
