Have about 16 weeks or so to get to where I want to be - 10% bf. (going on vacation).
1. Should I lose some fat during first month THEN start 12 week fat loss sarms cycle?
2. Would it be OK to start a reverse/recovery diet at pct after 12 weeks or should I already be in maintenance cals by then i.e if it takes 4-6 weeks to get back to maintenance cals,start reverse diet at week 8....?
