Advice appreciated

My diet is pretty clean, plenty of veggies and fruits, lean meats, eggs and fish, brown rice and oats being the staples, still go out for a burger with the guys Occasionally! Used to drink a fair bit, but that aint the case anymore! I'm thinking that those values could be due to my inactivity these past two months due to my fractures and possibly the meds I've been on. What are your thoughts?

Welcome. Def start out easy. I crushed my L1 vertabre when i was 18. Over 30 yrs ago. It took me a long time to recover and my back still bothers me to this day.
Good luck. You are in good hands here.
Thanks brother! I'm certainly going to take it easy, more of a marathon than a sprint! I'm aware that injuries like this tend to come back and haunt!

thats a possibility but your cholesterol should be fine if your eating right or at least correcting itself... gw-501516 will help with that rapidly but the low test could be a result of a multitude of things...

Ok i didnt know you were injured and taking meds - yes that might affect cholesterol especially if your diet wasnt in check. BUT now you are trying to get back on track, try to eat a lot of veggies that are good for natural test production and nitrogen retention as well. I like Salmon and Broccoli, that is my favorite 1-2 combo

Cholesterol is gong to be pretty much 100% diet and genetic related. You obviously can't do anything about genetics but that doesn't have as much to do with it as diet. the diet is where you can really influence those numbers
