Adding s4 to my cycle?

You can add s4 anytime, bro. Me personally, I'd stay away from letro unless you're prepping or have gyno.

Sick cycle bro- S4 can be run for the last 12 weeks. Unless you are getting on stage, letro is a bad idea. N if you are getting on stage 4 weeks is way too long. BTW what brand primo are you gonna run? Also- maybe start the Osta w your winny n run it through pct

Stay away from Letro brother. I wouldn't touch that shit unless you are going into a show or have gyno. You can increase your Aromasin dose a little more if you want, but if you want to be hard no dry, decrease sodium and increase water intake. Adding S4 will help considerably too, but you need to add it in for the last 8 weeks for best results. 4 weeks really is t long e Pugh to get the most benefit from it.

but I'm not going to run it too long maybe the last 3 weeks or 4 what dosage is recommended ?

In that case, I would just use Letro about the last 10 days leading up to the show. There's absolutely no need for longer than that.

For S4, run it at 50mg per day. That dose works well for most, but I would also suggest checking out Dylan's video on S4 dosing protocol. You can find it in YouTube or in our videopedia section here
