Abs

They are full of shit. that's why most people will never see their 6-packs. Going for the wrong solution and definitely wrong way!!

Flex Friday is everyday!

Agreed completely. I shake my head every time I see somebody overweight trying to get those abs on the ab machine in the gym

U know whats funny is if u watch those informercials for those ab machines you will notice the disclaimer print no the bottom always states that results are primarily diet based. Lol

In the very small fine print that takes some hard looking to find, yet you will see (only 4 installments of 19.95!) in big letters in the upper corner!!

IMO it's all diet and tension placed through other exercises. I did enough ab work in the military (24 years worth) and what I learned is diet, cardio are crucial to killer abs. Lock in a diet and minimal cardio will suffice, have a decent diet and a ton of cardio and you get abs. I negate ab work with exception of the load placed upon them thru other exercises. Fuck sit ups and crunches...and leg raises and whatever other ab thingamajiggy you can think of. Squats, deads, bench, any pressing and pulling movement = my ab work.

Hell I caught a cramp in my abs once squeezing kid sauce outta the love burrito. It takes commitment brother!

Thanks.I want to add 4" to that arm.

Heavy ass'd hammer curls bro, heavy ass'd hammers! Love them shits! Measured my arms a few days ago, hadn't measured them since Jan. 2013. Sitting on 22.25" now, 2013 was an inch smaller than now.

i work my abs during the week but only about 10 minutes a day and i have a strong routine... diet and cardio make them pop, not abdominal workouts... remember, abs are a muscle just like anything else and honestly, you want them good size, absolutely, but not too large... i use the ab carver, which is one of the very few products for abs i have ever truly had work... this particular piece of equipment gets it done, absolutely... planks, also working on obliques and lower abdominal work is key... just dont over do it or get confused thinking you have to do a million crunches etc to get abs... thats completely false...

For reals your right, lol ! They try to re direct your eyes towards cost and not the fine print. Scandalous,

I use the same thing Dylan only a cheaper version.

This thing works my whole abs & obliques really well.

be careful with that... they can hurt your lower back over time... i like the carver because the way its movement is set, there is no added pressure on your back... one of the main flaws of the straight wheel is that added pressure it adds... you wont notice right away but over time you most certainly will... just watch it but these types of movements are definitely strong for shaping an sculpting your abs...
