IF is not for me, I can think of nothing worse than waking up at 5 to 5:30am and training and then not eating for another 6 or so hours, just the thought of it is making me hungry!! In saying that I stop eating around 7:30/8pm and do not eat until 7:15am.
thats just beyond impossible for me... the amount of cardio alone i do would never allow me to not eat for that long of increments... there's just no way on earth... far too much exertion and same at the gym... there's just no way possible... im the most disciplined and strict you could ever find but thats not something my body would allow... some can do it just fine... i could not... i would be such an asshole from hunger that i could not be around anyone
