I've never ran deca, but I've ran tren numerous times both ace and eth, I've got a few cycles under my belt and i know how my body reacts for the most part, but I'm going to lay out my cycle see what improvements can be made
weeks 1-16 sust 250 (alpha pharma ) at 750mg or 1000mg (I've ran test this high before and have aromasin on hand
weeks 1-10 deca (alpha pharma) at 500mg (would do 400mg but it dosed at 250mg/ml (got prami and caber on hand)
1-16 eq (mostly singani but got some alpha too) at 500mg a week (i know 600 is better but its dosed at 250mg/ml)
then i cruise on phrama test cyp at 200mg a week.
oh i might add tbol or droll for the first 4 week not decided the tbol is pharmacom and the droll is maxtreme ( hell i thought about one day do droll the next tbol just to see what would happen
im 31 years old at 205lbs at 12% body fat and 5 foot 8 inches tall. just going to eat 6 big clean meals not counting carbs,fat or calories but protein I'm aim at 250g of protein a day, last time i did this i was over 4,000 calories, i should grow
if their is any improvement plz put your input in no matter how mean it is,
