Abbs ??

So" I'm wondering? Are there "supps" specifically for the abbs that tend to make them fuller or harder?? I just look at some of these physique models, such as ulisius Jr, & so on,
& they're abbs just appear to be beyond that of even AA use, almost synthol looking lol, am I missing something here:/??

usually fitness models are extremely cut AND are on hardening agents such as Winstrol, Tren, etc. I know Tren will physically change the look of your muscles - i notice it in particular on peoples Abs, it gives them a super squared blocky Ab look when before they started doing Tren they had a normal Ab structure or even an uneven ab structure.

Makes sense, I just couldn't imagine guys stickin shit like synthol in they're guts lol, but you never know, some people do love short cuts, I guess the answer stays the same, you just can't get away from hard work & discipline!

Abs are all going to come from constant work out and diet diet. Yes, tren will help but to what extent? I seen fat people on tren. Before I ever touched one supplement I had a 6 pack - it's just work and diet. Look at the older bodybuilders - these guys knew how to fucking diet. You gotta be strict and hit abs all the time - and work in a shit load of compound stuff like pull ups, leg lifts - if it targets the core - DO IT! You can grow abs but you must cut the weight off for anyone to see those bad boys. So, in short diet hard, work hard and then get rewarded with some rocking abs.

hey bro... let me touch on this coming from someone who knows what it REALLY takes to get abs... the main thing is a dedication to your diet... that has to be extremely dialed in... the saying "abs are made in the kitchen" although sounds stupid is in fact a reality... that's the hardest part and where it starts... then the cardio... its not who can do 1000 crunches etc... its cardio... staying dry, staying lean etc... you have to have a leaner midsection and the way to do that is through cardio and not just running as far as you can... mixing different methods and types, steady state, HIIT, dfferent types, methods and modes.... one reason i love the elliptical is how you use your entire body, then you move to the stairclimber, then you hit sprints, internvals, jump ropes etc... this is how you get them.. i had abs long before i used ANYTHING whatsoever... THEN comes the enhancements... the vascularity there that is unreal, the extra hardening, the pronounced look etc... winstrol and masteron are the best you will find for the hardening and vascularity... primo will be excellent for the lean muscle growth in that area and eq along with sarms s4 for vascularity and more lean muscle... i use GW and SR9009 for the extra fat loss in these areas and proviron is great for an aide to all of these... these are the things to use AFTER you get to the highest level you can on your own... you need to stay dry, utilized the sauna and sweat a lot as well...

I agree with dylan minus one thing. Well not disagree but a diff view. You really dont need to train your abs to get them to show. Now if you want them bigger then yes. But EVERYONE has a six pack. Even fat people. Its the way the muscles are attached to provide support for your back.

Having said that. It is 100,000% true abs come from proper diet.

You cant eat mcky dees and drink soda and expect to have a six pack and serratus popping out.

Abs come from the kitchen and commitment to strict eating.

PHURIOUS

Diet all day I've don't excersise abs at all lll. But if I diet down they get gnarly. It's all about diet...

im more than happy to help bro... trust me, i htake pride in the ability to maintain abs as i do and i have done so for nearly a decade.. its extremely difficult and its a never ending struggle but it most certainly can be done

Everything said here about abs being all diet is 100% spot on. That's really what it comes down to...period. Now one other thing I will also mention, is that some of those that have the really good cut and chiseled abs that really pop, are those that have the sick genetics to support that. That look is not something that everyone is going to have. Yes, everyone has a 6 pack underneath, and everyone can have shredded abs....but the top guys that are known for those sick abs that are on another level are also genetically gifted in that area. We all have our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to bodyparts

Abs are made in the kitchen. I don't think that's cheesy, Dylan. It is completely true. If you can't get your diet dialed, you can't get your abs dialed!

its all diet man. even with tons of situps, you are doing nothing but hardening muscle covered with fat, if you dont drop your bf% low enough.Something that helps the abs show, when your bf% is low enough is a hardener like s4. and something that cuts water also .

to everyone who is saying Diet, you are 100% correct of course. but for that Blocky perfect Brick AB look - i only see that achieved through TREN. the old school bodybuilders had a much more natural look to their abs
