I'm struggling right now. Trying to get leaner without losing too much muscle for show. Getting frustrated. Sometimes I just rather do BB, since they letting them be fat...lmao...

One of my favorites. Not everyone likes it. But i throw on a hoodie and some sweats. I run on the treadmill for 5 min then go in sauna for five. Then back to treadmill for five then back to sauna for five. I do that for anhour and end w ten min in the sauna. Its awesome but tough.

Don't forget to work your abs with weights too. Bodyweight stuff is good but weights are good too. To make your abs pop more you need to build the abs up a little. If you just do unweighted crunches and sit ups and all that jazz your abs won't pop as much when you get cut. Throw some weighted crunches, Roman chair sit ups, rope crunches, etc. You don't have to go super heavy

You look great bro, but I do see what you mean on the waist. They like a tight waist in that division

Wanted to make a posts about vacuum's, do you think they really, really work? I've tried them slightly and just worry that I may be damaging some internal organs or something by pulling all that shit in so tight, so I stopped doing them. thoughts? I basically stick with weighted ab crunches and hanging lower ab lifts.

I think they work...as I get closer to a show i do them in between sets. It helps learning how to flex them and control your breathing.

Sweet, Thanks! Will work them in the routine.

Vaccums 100% work and you arnt hurting any organs. Vaccums strengthen the inner wall abdominals which are responsible for holding your guts in

Yes to do them right. Two deep breaths in and out. On the final out you then hold breath then pull your abs in towards ur spine and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this for 5 times

Vacuums are very beneficial, but also very hard to do correctly. The key is practice. I'll admit I still suck at them but I also don't do them enough
