6 Weeks Later On TRT w/Bloodwork

Results are in.. This is on 100mg of test EW on mondays. I did bloods 48hrs post injection.

Total T= 1234 Good
Free T=42.7 Nice
e2=47.1 a bit higher than i wanted - Aroma or Dex? and dose?

also my LDL was high at 115. maybe some fish oil will help

None at moment. Seeing that e2 isn't completely out of wack, what dose would be appropriate?

Those levels are really good for only 100mg a week. If you're working with your trt doctor, its best to have him help monitor and get your levels nominal. Most guys wouldnt even need an AI at 100mg a week but since yours are elevated, you could do 12.5mg Aromasin every 3 days and then reassess through bloodwork. Did you bring up the concern with your doc?

I don't have my next check up with my trt doc for another few weeks. I got this blood work done just to see how I responded to 100mg. I was on 70mg before and levels were around 800ish with 21.1 e2.

Rather have higher test. But now I gotta get my e2 in the 20-30 range. He did give me a script for Dex in case I needed it. I do have a script for aromasin but my insurance didn't cover it but I think it was cuz my e2 was in normal range. Now it's considered higher. Maybe my insurance will cover the aromasin

Brother, I have been down the same road as you with the Trt. I am currently at 300mg every other week and am also prescribed dex (1/2 tab eod) and that is keeping levels in check. My insurance is picky about filling some scripts, so I checked GoodRX.com and was able to get the test and dex cheaper than the copay by paying out of pocket.

I can either get sarmx aromasin or goodrx has it for 130$ for 30 tabs of 25mg each. With my dex script, i can get 90 tabs for like 20 bucks

Ya it is, but i didnt feel any better. Right now i am using nature throid because my TSH levels are normal but on the low end. So my doc wanted me to experiment with higher test dose to see if i felt better or try the nature throid. So right now im doing both.

Might do 7.25 MG every three days and then do bloods maybe a one or two weeks later. Really didn't think i would need an ai at 100mg. Thought I wasn't super sensitive

That sounds good man. Ya everyone is different with thier sensitivity. Give that a shot and after a few weeks get your bloods rechecked.

I didn't expect to be sensitive either and needed the AI eod. I also have to give blood every 2-3 weeks to keep the red blood count down. Good luck, hope the AI makes you feel an improvement. It definitely did for me.
