Hello Dylan ,
Thanks for all great information you provided on your YouTube channel and FB !! Im 43 years old and I workout , last year I got diagnosed with low T and my doctor prescribed for me TRT . I'm taking 200 m per week and I gained god muscles I can left heavier but as an side effect I got high hemoglobin 17.1 .
My questions
1- how to get benefits from my TRT ? Do I need to stop ?
2- what to do with my high hemoglobin besides my phlebotomy?
Thanks great man !!

1. you need to lower your dose

2. you need to DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR DOCTOR , not ANYONE on youtube, the internet etc... im quite surprised you didnt already

nope. If you are getting high hemo, then your test levels are likely supraphysical, not TRT level.

You need bloods first
