I don't think the day will ever come where I complain about having to eat TOO MUCH

I have that insatiable appetite! lol
 
When you need to meet a target goal versus just eat well to maintain it can be a beeeetch. I have roughly 6 more hours to consume 3260 calories... it can be done, but damn. Shoulda ate breakfast instead of heading straight to work on something after the gym... pray for The 44 fellas.
I'll help you out with that bro lol. I thought I was lucky on 3000kcals.

White jasmine rice and cream of rice , cereal . baked poatatoes . simple carbs are gonna digest fast so your not bloated and keep insulin high so your in that anabolic state constatnly and it increases hunger . fish and eggs are good protiens bulking they digest quickly . if your having too force feed avoid beef it sits in your stomach like a rock and leaves you feeling full.

When Im bulking I try to get the large majority of my calories from carbs protien stays the same and fats stay the same dont like too fill the calorie gap with fats cause allways end up storing it .carbs will burn off faster glycogen stays full and insulin is high . and the extra carbs let me kill it in the gym and you not gonna grow unless you murder those weights

I'll second the white rice thing. I can eat mounds of it and not feel full. It's one of my secret weapons when I need to get in an absurd amount of carbs ;).
 
Just ate 2.5 cups white rice w/ 4 eggs about to go train and then eat again, work on project for 2-2.5 hours then eat again and then force feed the rest of the day till dinner and then eat some cottage cheese prior to bed. I'm getting those damn calories in today dammit. Gonna do a baked potato when I return home.
 
I get hungry every 2-3 hours, but this force feeding is making me miserable. About to bake a fucking miserable big ass'd potato.
