3 day tuna challenge

ok so the 3 day tuna challenge went well, I suppose my pants are def looser. however I know the goal is to eat as much as possible the most I could eat in a day is 6 packs which is way below caloric intake. im talking 420 cals a day all 3 days maybe less. I took off the gym so I wouldn't pass the fuck out and my work was limited as well I did have a slight headache on into my sleep time. no scale on the island so I don't know how much weight I lost. its definitely easier on an island with no food every 30 yards are so for sure. so atleast I know mentally I can do it.

Definately did not eat nearly enough...lol. 6 picks is two servings for me. I'll usually eat 18 a day.

Damn that's rough dude. I know I could never make it on this tuna diet, but no way especially I could make it on 400-500 calories for 3 days straight

You need 12 cans bro! Plus 1 gallon of water. Pay attention to 3-4 day rule. If you go too long you have no more glucose to fire up nutrtion for your brain. You willfeel weak and not think clearly. Day 4 add something like mixed nuts. I fell while on that diet....actually fell twice.

ya well I didn't quite have access to the program and I have like 25 packs of tuna but I just couldn't get thru them, I did drink plenty of water tho will this help at all? I feel like I did lose some weight and maybe a little flatter in the belly area.

only Tuesday after being at work for 12 hours did I felt a little faded but when I actually added up the calories I was like DAMN that's low. but I know you can make it 3 days or more without any food and ive done the 7 day fast before but obvi this was much easier and much easier being here with just about damn nothing on this island.

Yeah the water keeps you hydrated and the toxins out and gone. Also helps you feel full. Carefull with constipation too. If you have or can get metamucil then try it. It fills you up also.

ya I had a day and a half where I didn't shit. but its all clear now im not a beast like you and drb I can only hang 3-4 days with that shit. but the first challenge is over I know mentally I can do it now. so I will do it again soon enough

I've had tuna sitting in my pantry way too long. It may be time to do this for that reason only.

I too have some packages of tuna in the pantry... I'll prolly change things up and bit: protein shake and oatmeal for breakfast, tuna for meals 3 and 4, then something sensible (chicken and rice) for dinner.

But that defeats the purpose of the 3 day tuna challenge...

lol well I can say I did it now, not sure when I will do it again. I gotta nother island trip to san clemente in about 2 weeks
