I'm in the military and will be going to spec op tryouts very soon. I've been lifting and basically maintained a very active life style my whole life, I'm 31yrs old, and I'll be switching from traditional weightlifting to very intense crossfit in order to get me in the shape that I need to be in for spec op tryouts. Aside from crossfit I'll be doing a lot of swimming and running with a pack on. Being that it'll only be my second cycle and I have 3.5mon to train for this, what is a cycle you'd recommend for the time frame I have and type of training I'll be doing?
