Thanks for all the good info from everyone thats helping me put together my 2nd cycle. What dose should i go with on deca and how long should i run dbol 4 or 6 weeks im also dropping the var.

200-250 on deca... DO NOT exceed 4 weeks of dbol and keep it at 30 mg per day... no more than that... MAKE SURE you have caber and aromasin on this cycle or you are in for big time problems...

i already gave you a full layout as it is... it shows the proper dosing aside from the dbol being in there...
