I just finished watching your video on knowing if you are ready for your first cycle or not – awesome video – love watching them – keep them coming!
My question to you is: am I ready for a Sarm or a stack of Sarms… please help.
Here are my personal stats:
Age – 34
Years in Gym – 22 years
Genetic Potential – hit that in high school/college 15 plus years ago. Now just getting older and more out of shape…
Height 5’8
Weight 170
Body Fat – about 17% - I just started creatine and NO3 – 2 weeks ago, first time in 4 years so def holding some water and not sure how much that throws off my body fat.
Goals – build more muscle, lose fat – basically need a recomp but not in a rush as I understand diet and exercise are different for each goal. Instead want to do it somewhat quickly but more importantly smart and safely
Order of goals – build muscle first and then burn fat or recomp
Supplements – basic GNC stuff – protein powder, multi vitamin, amino acids, BCAAs, creatine, NO3 and green vibrance for minerals and nutrients.
Enhanced products – never taken anything above GNC over the counter stuff. Never taken a steroid, never taken a Sarm, never taken HGH. I have taken a T booster - first time this year.
My question more specially is – after watching your videos, I want to try your sarms. On a first cycle of anything stronger than over the counter GNC products, what should I take to build muscle or recomp. Should I take 1 sarm, 2 sarms, a big sarms stack with nutrobol… what would you recommend for me?
PS- did I leave out any personal stats that would be helpful to know to make a better recommendation?
