I started a 500 mg/week cycle of just test cyp. This is my first cycle and I'm about half way thru it. I have tamoxifen tabs that are only 10mg per tab. Just curious how much and how often to take them for pct. also, do I take them all at once or spread out thru day. I seen where people recommend 40 mg/day for a week or two then cut back to just 20. So I need to take anything else with tamoxifen?

Your PCT is far from complete bro... Nolva (tamoxifen) is not enough .. you should also be taking an AI for estrogen control

You can take them all at once. No need to split. The main thing is making sure your pct is complete. Right now it's not. This is what it should be
