Hey Dylan, I'm looking at doing my first cycle and have been watching a bunch of your videos and am wanting to do this cycle the most effective/safe way possible. I was wondering if you could help me out with the best cycle to use and all the things needed to combat side effects and a good PCT.
I'm 18 years old 5'10 70kg and around 8% bodyfat and have been training seriously for around 18 months so I have built a very strong foundation, I'm aiming to bulk up as much as possible and maintain as much muscle as possible after I come off, at the moment I'm just thinking of just doing one cycle just to give me a boost in size.
