Hey Dylan, I'm looking at doing my first cycle and have been watching a bunch of your videos and am wanting to do this cycle the most effective/safe way possible. I was wondering if you could help me out with the best cycle to use and all the things needed to combat side effects and a good PCT.


I'm 18 years old 5'10 70kg and around 8% bodyfat and have been training seriously for around 18 months so I have built a very strong foundation, I'm aiming to bulk up as much as possible and maintain as much muscle as possible after I come off, at the moment I'm just thinking of just doing one cycle just to give me a boost in size.
 
18 is far too young and you haven't been training long enough. 18 months? Come on now. No one here is going to advise you to use any AAS at that age and that little amount of training under your belt.
 
Your too young, under sized, no experience training built a strong foundation in 18 months is a joke..

do this Google 5×5 training program eat your ass off gain some real natural size..train till your atleast 25 then if you still want to cycle. then is the time to descide
 
ya bro hang out and learn and research but no one is going to advise you on gear at your age and size nothing against you it just aint happening and please don't say well piana and Arnold did it cuz that will require a roasting on our part for you. so just take the advice that is given and please please don't do this to yourself you are still naturally growing
 
Listen dude... and I really hope you do... seeing as theres no benefit for us to tell you no. You are too young, too undersized, and do not have enough training/dieting experience. You are 18. Your test levels are at an all time high. You should be wanting to stick anything that moves... You're in a very crucial development phase in regards to your hpta/endocrine system right now. There are parts of your brain that do not finish developing until around age 25. By introducing exogenous hormones early, you're not only shutting yourself down.... you're also shutting down this development. That leaves you at a higher risk of not picking back up where you left off meaning... permanant shutdown, premature andropause, among many other issues. Trust me dude... I don't think being 18 and not being able to get your dick up is worth it at all.

You want to add size? The number one issue I see is nutrition. I'm sure you've heard it... eat to grow. That is the greatest advice you could get. Eat. If you're not growing, increase your calories. When you plateau, eat more. If you start gaining a little more fat tissue by the copious amounts of foods youre taking it, step up the cardio to keep it in control. Food is the most anabolic thing that you need right now. Use it. Spend these next years building your foundation and learning your body. Don't screw yourself looking for instant gratification. Learn to love the process...
 
bro, seriously... take a million steps back and reassess.. .you have no idea what your doing or getting into but if you want to be sexually functional, grow properly, feel great etc. then you better stop right now because if you don't, your going to live a miserable life for having some more size for a few years... you have no clue what will happen later to you but i guarantee you this, you dont want to find out... please just stop this nonsense bro, seriously... its just nonsense
 
you don't take steroids at 18 dude, r u trying to kill urself ? because in all honestly , that's what's going to happen, and if not, it will shorten your life significantly...

at 18 your test is already high , drink protein and eat
