Hey Dylan and all,
Looking for some advice and or reassurance about my cycle decisions.

Age: 30 next month
Height: 5'8"
Bw: 185
Bf: around 18%
11 years training. For rugby mainly.
Cycle plans are 600 mg cypionate for 10-12 wks with arimidex throughout at .5 e3d possibly eod if necessary. Advice welcomed here!
PCT: nolvadex 40/40/20/20. After watching your videos obviously need some sarms thrown in as well. Mk2866 and gm 501516? Advice also welcomed here! (Cannot get my hands on hcg) also curious about when exactly to start post cycle, immediately after last pin? 2 weeks after esters clear?
Goals are to get up to the 200 lb mark and maintain after that. Possibly a second cycle after 18-20 weeks off cycle if necessary.
Supluments re basic muli and acv.
Diet is 300-500 g of protein a day. Do what I can because I work full time as a plumber.

All adivise, recommendations, cronstrictive criticism welcome.

From your input,, I don't think you know all about your diet. Taking 500 gms of protein will not help you build huge muscles Magically. Calculate the amount you need according to your body weight. Your body is not gonna use all the input protein to build muscle. I don't think you require 500 gms of protein per day. Calculate all your required macros according to your body weight. Steroids are gonna work if and only if your diet is perfect. Your first cycle should be Test only cycle 12 weeks long and 350 mgs/week. Aromasin is usually recommended here but arimidex will also work. Prepare all you stuffs for PCT before you start a cycle. Best of luck
 
-600mg is a little much. I'd run it around 400 to start. You will see NICE gains and MINIMAL sides if done correctly.
-Use Aromasin instead of arimidex as it is far superior. 12.5 EOD and adjust as needed.
-Your PCT is very incomplete.
-As AA said above, calculate your macros. 500g of protein is crazy.
-Your BF% is high. Meaning you are only going to run into more estrogen related problems while on cycle. Watch your e2 closely.
-PCT 2 weeks after last pin.

That's 2000 calories bro!
At 5'8" 18% your TOTAL calorie consumption should be around 1800 calories a day!

You need to learn about nutrition and reduce your BF to 12-14% before you can benifit from steroid use
Steroids aren't for getting in shape...the aid in taking a well conditioned body to the next level
