12 Week Triple Stack SARMs Log - (Pure Essence SARMs)

Over the next 12 weeks I will be running the Triple Stack from Pure Essence SARMs (MK-2866, S4 and GW-510516). I will be logging my experience with it, I will try to be as detailed as possible with any relevant information. Honesty is my policy, If I say it, it's true I have no desire to waste your time or my own. If you have any questions I will also try my best to answer them.

A little background information on me, Prior to running this SARMs stack, I have never ran any gear, SARM's or PH's. I HAVE ran commercial Test boosters a couple time, hoping for some benefit from them, minimal results at best.

I will be running a caloric deficit during this cycle, a diet many of you helped me hammer out, and thanks for that. nutrition has never been my strong point, I will stay 99% dedicated to this diet thru the entire log - Still gotta take my wife out to Sunday dinner, or I won't be around to post updates on Mondays, I will keep these "Cheat Meals" as clean as possible.

The Macros of the diet are as follows - 2,363 Calories, 305.4g Protein, 50.9g Fats, 150g Carbs

The Stack I will be running is - "The Gemelli" Hah, but seriously, Thanks for all the help you have been Dylan, your a great dude.

1-12 MK-2866 25mg daily, dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg daily, split dosed 25mg am, 25mg pm
1-12 GW-510516 20mg daily, 30 mins before workout (10:00am)
5-12 Test Booster - Have not decided exactly what I will be running for a Test Booster yet, will update when I have.

Mini PCT 13-16

13-16 Clomid 25mg
13-16 GW-510516

34 year old male
5'9"
212 lbs
24.6% BF - No fat bashing ;) use to be 40% @ 253

Here is a InBody Analysis I had done 2 days ago in preparation for this log, I will run a new analysis at 4, 8 and 12 weeks.

Ran this stack today for the 1st day, to early to say much.

I had a great day, diet was on point, fasted cardio and the strength training session went very well today, I credit that with wanting to make sure I put 100% in to the next 12 weeks.

The only observation I made today was during my strength session ( 90 mins after taking MK-2866 and S4, 30 min after taking GW-510516)

- Breathing was very easy, comparable to when you can finally breathe easy again after having congested sinuses, anyhow this lead to a stronger work out. May or may not be related to the SARMs stack, but I am hoping it was, so it happens again tomorrow ;)
 
Brent, thank you for providing such detailed information so the most accurate of results can be seen. This is the type of logging we hope for, so pin point accuracy can be gauged on results. We truly believe with your strong work ethic coupled with our quality of product that you will far exceed any expectations you have set worth. Thanks for providing such detail on this bro... This is so helpful on so many levels... This kind of detail really shows what to expect and I can see you making huge progress with this stack.. I am always here if you need anything and I will be following along the entire way!

Day 2 - And notable mentions already.

- No side effects present
- Endurance, that happened fast.. my 25 min fasted cardio session this morning was great, I pushed harder then I normally do. kept heart rate right @ 140 the whole time, was sweating like a mad man, but when my time was over, I could have easily kept going, I was "working" for sure, but was not fatigued to the level I am use to.

The Endurance carried over to the weight session as well, hit shoulders and abs hard, again felt like I could/needed to keep going so went back to shoulders and did drop sets to utter failure, Do not have the soreness (as of now) that I expected I would after that session, feeling pretty darn good, as a matter of fact :)

- Dropping weight insanely fast, in all fairness it is probably water weight @ this point, I stopped taking Creatine Monohydrate as part of the new diet.
 
Well, Im on Day 4 now. All is going very well.

Diet has been pretty flawless, I am having a bit of trouble eating this amount of food - Even tho it is a deficit, this is significantly more volume of food then I have been eating for the last year. A lot CLEANER food, but MORE of it.

-Endurance continues to improve, I'm blasting thru my cardio sessions like a champ, and cardio is what I need a lot of, so this is very very very welcome, I'm loving this part of it.

-Endurance / Recovery during lifting sessions is also improving, have been hitting super set after super set, on legs yesterday, and on Chest / Tri's today. Taking far less rest time then normal.

-I have ended my session the last 2 days with an additional cardio session after the weight training, because I still had gas int he tank.

-Fantastic pump going at the gym today

-No side effects present

One thing that gets overlooked with sarms in general is the amount of MUSCULAR endurance you gain... people tend to just think about cardio sessions in general, which is an amazing characteristic obtained with sarms but the output capabilities due to not needing as much time in between sets and to be able to push out more reps without fatigue whether cardiovasuclar or muscular is a HUGE benefit being it allows for max performance resulting in max gains as you will continue to see day in and day out... great work so far brother... keep up the excellent work, the disciple and motivation and you will exceed all expectations!
 
I love the effects on my energy levels that GW gives me! Always feel capable of doing more, walking back to the machine for another set, doing extra exercises than normal.

Been using SarmSearch's GW at 20mg/day for over a week now and love it. Might give Pure Essence - GW a try sometime because of this log!

NICE BROTHER... I love to see feedback like this... I know there are a lot of misconceptions or misunderstanding on sarms/peptides/chems in general and it's not always all about gaining 25 pounds in 2 weeks etc... There is a science here, a safety precaution and a certain type of goal enhancement that is different for everyone. People often don't understand exactly WHAT the enhancement provided is and do not give things a fair shot just because it's not something that was used in the 70's...

GW is the ultimate performance enhancer as you are seeing... What it does is allow a user to perform at levels that could never be achieved with any other compound or mechanism because of the constant increase in vo2max, thus resulting in capacity allowance that allows a person to recover at drastic rates, perform at unprecedented levels and to push longer and harder, which allows for maximum gains that could not be obtained otherwise... Thank you for sharing your experience bro... It is great to hear...

By the way, anytime you are ready to run Pure Essence, let me know and I'll make sure you are taken care of! You will see the significant difference, and I stand by that a million percent... :D

Well, Week 1 is under the belt. Everything is going as planned, the Diet has been consistent, the fasted cardio in the am has been consistent as well.

Endurance is still great, according to my home scale (Not the InBody Scale from Screen Shot) I'm down 6 pounds in a week, again I suspect a lot of this is water weight from dropping the Creatine Monohydrate.

I did find something out tonight, that has me VERY excited for next week..

due to my own incompetency I have been running the wrong doses for this whole 1st week, they have been very low, I'm glad I asked Dylan about it, because I feel like a moron for doing it wrong for a whole week.

I failed to convert for concentration resulting in me running the following doses this week.

GW 5mg a day, Instead of the intended 20mg a day
S4 25mg a day, instead of the intended 50mg a day
MK 12.5mg a day, instead of the intended 25mg a day

.. So ya, my bad, lesson learned. BUT this has me VERY excited to see what this next week and beyond has in store for me, because I was noticing significant improvements in performance, while running 1/4 to 1/2 of my intended daily doses.
 
Great work so far man. This stack is killer and will produce a favorable end result. Logs are great because they hold you accountable and as long as you are consistent you will see a dramatic change in your body and the way you look.

That's amazing considering you were already noticing some nice changes, and since those were technically at significantly lower doses, just wait to see what happens when you run the intended doses!!

Im really glad you asked when you did brother but how encouraging is it to see that type of result at less than or about half the dose?? Just wait bro, the best is far from here yet!

He was running half the normal dose... that's how he underdosed... He misunderstood concentration levels etc...
