Love carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas, beans (except my gas afterwards), currently upping my fruits again. Love eggs, mushrroms, salmon, kale, for some reason I refuse to give up whole milks... (shame on me). Adding Chromium Picolinate as of today- I had forgotten that one and it used to be a huge one for me back in the day. Thanks for the refresher course Dylan.

LOL you would hope brother, but you know how it is... thats like back in the day when you could super size your value meal at mcdonalds... "let me get a number 1, super size, with extra grease and salt but i want a "diet coke" LOLLL like that is going to make all the difference... for fucks sake, go for the gold and just get the regular while your at it! LOLL

absolutely brother... get rid of the whole milks! i dont know how the fuck you drink that shit... that would rip me to shreds... LOL you have it down with your food selections though!
