I've been limiting my carbs in between 55-80g per day. Since I'm doing 4-5 days of intense cardio, I was instructed to re-feed after every three days. I've still been maintaining the same deficit, but just adding carbs on the re-feed days.
We're going to visit the new program I'm putting him on for four weeks! If it works we will rule out GW entirely. If it doesn't work like we're hoping, we will consider a GW cycle.
And also, he'd have to dose the SR-9009 at school. If he were to be caught that would be bad! Is there anything that he can dose all at once? He doesn't get out of school until May. Maybe we should clean bulk until Late June, and then cut 12 weeks before he goes to college?
He used to, but his cardio has come from 15 minute uphill walks 3 times per week. His split is:
1). Chest/Arms
2). Back/Shoulders
3). Legs
4). Chest/ Arms
5). Back Shoulders
6). Legs
