    My diet is pretty clean, plenty of veggies and fruits, lean meats, eggs and fish, brown rice and oats being the staples, still go out for a burger with the guys Occasionally! Used to drink a fair bit, but that aint the case anymore! I'm thinking that those values could be due to my inactivity...
