Legs are swollen from the knees to feet & achy knees

Sounds like a case of edema. Why it's happening is the mystery. As Phurious stated, increase your water intake as much as you can. I'd also try to eat some potassium rich foods and check my sodium intake.

    Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

Good call. Need that iron up not only for overall health, but also for gym performance. I knew something felt off lately, and this is likely the culprit. Thanks, RR.

    Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

Thanks for your input :). I opted not to supplement with iron for the time being. I still have a little bit of injectable b12, so I've been running that. I've also increased my dietary intake of iron. I'm going to retest in about 4-5 weeks to see where I'm at.

    Short vs long cycles

EQ really is a great and underrated compound. I had a 17 week run and loved it. Made some incredible strength gains and put on some decent size. I did not gain too much scale wise (roughly 9lbs) but the majority of it was lbm. I was able to push my macros quite high without putting on noticeable...

    Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

Some excellent advice, gentlemen. I truly appreciate it. I've been eating a lot of red meat, spinach, broccoli, beans, whole eggs, and chicken the past couple days in an attempt to up my iron intake. It's a little more difficult when adhering to my macros and keeping my fat lower (I have chronic...

My 2nd Blast test with either deca or npp?

I'm going to agree with Phurious. I would start at 200 on the deca and up it if I have no sides, etc.

    Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

Yeah, I'm banking on it having something to do with my donations. I've always had cold hands/feet in the winter time, but never really been tested for it. Hmm... So you're thinking the donations probably did effectively lower everything? I wonder where it would have been had I not donated all...

    Hemoglobin and Hematocrit

I realize I already posted my bloods earlier, but want to get some opinions from you guys, since I trust a lot of the knowledgeable folks in this forum :). My hemoglobin was low at 11.8 (12.6-17.7) as well as my MCH and MCHC. I donated blood 4 times this year already and my last donation was 5...

    Experience!

I started in my early 30's after training seriously as a natural for 10 years. I decided to take the plunge when I suffered from symptoms of low T after some grueling contest preps. I got some bloods, and alas, I had terrible levels. My insurance wouldn't cover it because they don't consider it...

    Tattoos and workout

No problem. Enjoy the new ink, and enjoy the lift :).

    Blood work question.

The only other option I can think of is your primary care physician... don't know if I'd want to share that kind of info with him/her though lol.

    Tattoos and workout

I got my whole calf/shin done and did squats the next day. As long as you aren't doing anything stupid or allowing it to touch a bunch of germ-riddled equipment in the gym, you should be all good.

    Blood Work Question

That makes sense. Thanks for the clear explanation, RR. What about my hemoglobin being low (11.8)? Nothing to be concerned about?

    How is your blood lab?

I think we go to the same lab, Dylan ;).

    Blood Work Question

Yeah, I initially freaked, but did some research and found out I'm all good :). The hemoglobin had me a bit confused. I DID donate 4 times already this year, and my last donation was 5 weeks ago (1 week before starting my cruise). I'm guessing that's got a lot to do with it, huh? I guess I can...

    Blast to Cruise Acne

It happens to me as well. It's just the fluctuations in hormone levels. It should subside as levels balance out. Some are prone to it, others aren't. Luck us, huh? Lol.

    Blood Work Question

Kidneys were in range (they're usually a little high as you stated yours are). Yeah, I'm going to get bloods again mid blast and see where I'm at BEFORE donating lol. The past three workouts have been weird. I've felt somewhat short of breath and had some minor anxiety when I felt my HR got too...

    Blood Work Question

A quick bump :). After reading, I noticed that it's quite common for TRT patients to have very low, almost non-detectable lh/fsh. My AST is ALWAYS around 54-55. Doctor informed me it's from lifting weights, and I would see a more accurate number if I refrained from weight lifting for about 7...

    Blood Work Question

Going to keep this detailed but brief. -4 weeks into cruise of 200mg cyp/wk. -Blasted for 17 weeks on 600mg test, 800mg eq, and 600mg mast (first 14 weeks). -Ran Adex throughout and now on Adex 0.5mg eod just to see if it's legit (based on bloods it is). -Drew blood 3 days after pin...
