I would suggest getting diet under control before adding anything. That is just my opinion though. Until you can understand and dial in a diet, you shouldn't be messing with any compounds. Sarms or PED's.
I am not trying to bash you, but get under 20% naturally and then add something in.
It's always a good idea to choose quality over price. Sure, you can pay hundreds less in some cases, but if what you are buying is bunk, what is the point? I think you have a good idea of pooling money together, but check your sources!
