I have run 2 cycles 12 week cycles of cardarine, with an 8 week break in between. I absolutely love this compound.
My question is, will your body start to build a tolerance and possibly desensitize itself to cardarine (or any other PED for that matter) after each successive cycle?
There comes a point where you get diminishing returns. After a certain point, adding more will slightly increase the benefits, but severely increase side effects. I have never ran above 30 mg/day. Listen to Dylan. He is a smart man and cares for peoples' safety.

You will likely not see any results. Just about any sarm needs to be run for at least 8 weeks to see results, with 12 weeks being ideal.

Dylan is right. I do know that one factor that affects how much you retain is how close you are to your genetic potential. I once ran an lgd+s4 recomp stack. I gained a lot of strength and dropped a noticeable abount of fat. After coming off cycle, I lost the vascularity, but the muscle stayed...

I would definitely run it 12 weeks, 10mg/day. Acording to several knowledgeable people on here, yes m1 mk would eliminate the need for pct, as long as it is run alongside the entire lgd cycle
It won't hurt, but it certainly won't help. For cardarine, people typically begin to build a tolerance after 16 weeks. You cycle off for 4 weeks so that your body still responds to it.
You are right in the regard that cardarine is not a sarm, nor is it suppressive
A 500 calorie deficit has always worked well for me. When using cardarine and s4, I was able to get more aggressive and push the deficit to 700 calories. Rad-140 is a great compound to mitigate muscle and strength loss due to the caloric deficit.
One awesome quality of ostarine is the healing and repair capability. There are people I know who use ostarine to alleviate and fix minor joint pains. I have also experienced this myself.
