What ratio do you guys run npp to test?
It makes sense to me to run low test / high npp to let the npp shine.. Maybe 200mg test/400mg npp...

I cut relish from my can tuna meal with light mayo because 1 Damn tbl of relish=20cal! That's a lot for 1tbl. But the can tuna with only light mayo is gross..
So I tried to sweeten it by sprinkling vanilla protein on it and it tastes better than the Damn relish!! 2 birds with 1 stone...
What makes proteins like Syntha6 so bad? Is it the chemicals inside for preservation? Is thr bioavailability lower than other proteins? Why avoid Syntha6??
I did the NASM CPT cert a couple weeks ago and it wasn't too bad. Now I'm thinking about the NASM nutrition cert. Anyone have this? And does it boost your clientele?
