Just wanted to give an update here. It's been 2 weeks since starting this. Reduced 200 calories, some days up to 400. Calories at roughly 3300-3400. 300g pro/60 fats/420 carbs. Fasting 16 hrs, feeding 11-7 or 12-8 depending on day. Breaking IF on Sunday to normalize things with the girl and...
That's responsible use my dude.
Always a breath of fresh air to see someone taking the support aspect of cycling seriously.
Going to investigate the label on that orange triad supplement.
Well done!!
MGP is great.
I only have fantastic things to say about D. I've been a fan of that work ethic and persistence since day one. I remember when MGP set up shop, I watched him for a couple or 3 weeks and saw his hustle. D is always responsive and so incredibly easy to work with. It's absolutely 0...
I agree with CC. Don't over think it too much man, I just do it with my meals. I have a pretty regimented eating schedule and have supplement dosing worked into that schedule.
The important thing is that you're taking it consistently.
Don't focus on moving so much weight with your chest until you can properly use the correct muscles to complete the exercise. No point in doing pec flies with 65 lb dumbells if you're cheating yourself out of using the intended muscles to move the weight.
Cable crossovers, free weight...
I doubt it can hurt. It promotes healthy bile production and clearance, a crucial part of healthy liver function. If your liver values are elevated somewhat tudca is a proven way to get the numbers down. If they're already on healthy range, I'm sure you can supplement it no problem but I doubt...
Thanks so much for the input guys. Really grateful for the wisdom.
Will implement and keep yall posted.

Okay, well I know we've talked plenty in the past and I appreciate your input, I trust it... Stick with bcaa and glutamine supplementation as is and change cardio to steady state in the am fasted?
Sorry I should clarify that my fasted cardio is HIIT on the treadmill, 30 second 90% sprint and 1:15 minute rest. Do this 10 times and bounce off to work.
So, I am curious about something...I would really like to get my BF down about 2% and would appreciate and love some input from the likes of RickRock and others who have experience with IF and Fasted Cardio... I'm into my 3rd day of intermittent fasting and fasted cardio in the am. My question...
Yeah, my delts grow slowly but steadily. It's a process. I enjoy certain rows for my rear delts. But my favorite day is when I can get a partner with me in the gym to lift max weight for low rep on shoulder presses. I really enjoy the challenge and burn of the over head press.
I also enjoy...
Man it's my opinion that you can't neglect heavy over head shoulder presses when needing to put mass on your delts. Then, later on I will do some front and lateral raises, focusing on the eccentric part of the lift and usually step down my weight until burnout with like 5 or 10lb dumb bells. I...
Dang dude. Have you been successfully pcting every time with blood work to prove?
If you're going to do it get some real liver and cycle support supplements.
