I been sitting on 3000 cals a day, 350P/250C/75F as was suggested. Added light cardio = 20mins walking each morning. Still at 500mg test p/w, added cardarine at 20mg/day about a week ago.
I went for a DEXA today, three weeks...

I'm just going on what a chat I had with a PH guy, i wanted to run high dose epi like 45-60 and he told me I may as well run SD at 20. Dunno.
If that's the case I may still...
A lot of info say it's mild and a good first PH cycle but per mg dosage it's one of the more toxic PH out there. No way u could run 75 or 100 like Halo, 45 max which puts it closer to SD on the toxicity scale.
Makes me wanna crack one of these bottles right now lol

My PR reps at bodyweight was only a couple weeks ago, 225 x 15. It's all downhill from there, reps wise. On my best day I can manage 2 x 290 and would probably die under the bar above that weight.
Squats I've never tested like that but I think safe to say 20+

It's in Xtend Endurance (as cluster dextrin, with two other carb sources). I do like the supp, I have it intra and on leg day I also have a scoop of this preworkout.

I used to use Scivation Mass awhile ago, I looked into it quite a bit and seemed like the only mass gainer that didn't use maltodextrin for its carb content. Also included some EFA. There's a little bit of sugar in there but I only used to use it postworkout so that didn't bother me too much...
I guess that's always *possible* brand was recommended to me by someone who had used and knows - not from UGL, a "legit" clone purchased from the UK with good reviews if perhaps a tad underdosed according to some.
