Lol buddy your gonna get major labido problems and gyno trying to run decca ...if you dont know the proper way to run it as far as protection let alone it needs to be ran with test.... prolactin problems ...if you don't know anything about any of this then you're not then nearly cautious...
That's very low dose per milliliter if deca unless it's just durabolin / NPP.... regardless that's not what you start with you have a lot more to learn... there's no reason to be in a big hurry research for a few more months and watch some of Dylan's videos on YouTube about sarms you've got good...
That's all fine but I think you need to do a little bit more research if you're looking into AAS... you're still young test the waters with a couple sarms first while you're acquiring all the knowledge you need if that's the road you're trying to travel being that you haven't done anything other...
Like Robo said you don't want to find out the hard way and put something in your body and hurt yourself if you don't know exactly what you're doing it's not something to take lightly there's a lot that can go wrong

Okay you said a year training but even if you have eight I don't think you have the knowledge of what you're doing or trying to do and I don't even think that is deca but that shouldn't be anywhere near first cycle don't touch that s*** just throw it in the trash

A year training is not long enough I think you should throw that deca or whatever it is in the trash you're nowhere near ready for that kind of stuff first cycle anyway should be test only but I think you would be much better off using sarms to get more familiar as you get more training time in...
You're going to have to introduce yourself a little bit before anybody is going to give you any kind of advice... stats goals previous cycle history how long training e t c.... there's a lot of knowledgeable guys here but nobody's going to spoon-feed you a cycle...

We are all your children bro you've taught so many people and help so many people it's ridiculous.... you were meant to do what you're doing.... I think a lot of guys with trt becoming popular may fall into the trap I thank God I didn't start until after I've had a vasectomy and children already...
I agree I'm fairly new here also learning a lot yeah the e hits faster that's the only difference ... but it also tapers off faster.... long as you're not getting any kind of roller coaster effect f*** it yeah I believe less is more for sure.....

Or get cyp....once a week....but a lot of guys recommend even hitting that twice a week... difference in the half life I believe cyp is around 12 days... just depends on what you can get concentrations Etc preference.....
