Slept pretty good again. I fall asleep quick and wake pretty easy. I've noticed I feel lethargic for the first half of the day but usually a nap snaps me out of it. My workouts have been good but nothing crazy. Good focus that's about it. My appetite is pretty low. Forcing the food in sucks...
Woke up feeling good today. Seems better than usual, could be all in my head but I'll take it. I put all the sarms in a shot glass and just slammed it back, much better than all separate. I'll be hitting the gym in a few hours, excited to see how it goes.
I took all my sarms upon waking today. Geez it was like drinking gasoline! Does anyone have a trick to taking these? I could handle one or two but all of these is rough, even my breakfast tasted funny after lol. It is a rest day so I took the GW a.m. Hopefully i get use to it.
I'm 6'1" 225lbs and 12%bf. Looking to put on lean mass hopefully a lean 15lbs. Not sure exactly how I'll respond to the sarms, I've heard good things so I'm giving it a fair shot. Hopefully this log will keep me more accountable
