Hey fellas, good food lover here. Just wanted throw in here and see if any of you have tried. Quinoa milk (blows almond away), Canadian lake wild rice, wild caught sockeye salmon in the can. (Comes with the bones which are edible!)

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

I agree. Cool cool thing about some treadmills is you can increase the grade on them. I do take a glucosamine/chondroitin/msm supplement. Oh and by the way, after watching the one video on energizing foods and supplements, I took to adding in a super absorbable CoQ10 with limonene. You are right...

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

Wow! Yeah I need to throw in a couple more days a week. I do love the iron though too! The beauty of the trail is that it's been proven to be the best surface to run on. Or, a close, close second only because it's flat with no grades but equal on the give would be those quarter mile high school...

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

Yeah, it's all breathing and developing a cadence. I was the same mind of cardio 15 years ago. I absolutely love it now! Clears my head and I feel grrrrreat when i'm finished. I do my cardio one of three ways. In order of preference; 5-10 mile trail around a beautiful lake, hill sprints, or the...

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

Do I need to dose everyday or can I use just on my workout days? I do 3-4 days a week in the gym, and one day a week I run a 5 to 10 mile trail run or hill sprints.

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

My GW-501516 came in the mail today from Bocas Raton Florida. I ordered from the Sarmsx website.

    GW-501516 as a preworkout

Was wondering what anybody's thought would be on using GW-501516 strictly as a preworkout supplement (no other sarms). And to be added with the good ol' creatine, beta alanine, and bcaas 30 minutes before each and every workout?

    MK-2866 ingredients

Hey Dylan. I copied and pasted those numbers and letters you typed out for the legit form of how ostarine is made, only andarine (S4) came up when I searched it. But I see where you're going with this. I'm not a chemist, but searching those numbers, can see it is made up of different chemicals...

    MK-2866 ingredients

I trust everyone's word here, don't need to get a closer look at that t-bone steak lol! I was just genuinely curious how a versatile sarm such as ostarine was rooted. I'm going to roll with this. Just inquiring fellas. It would be cool when I start running this if someone asks me, I could tell them.

    MK-2866 ingredients

Hello fellow sarmsters and inhibitors! I'm getting ready to run my first 12 week ostarine cycle. But before I click on place order now, does someone know exactly what raw materials are put together or extracted or modified to make ostarine? I cannot seem to find anywhere. All Wikipedia says is...
