So this week finally dropping a lot of my carbs. Depleting myself to get shredded then fill back out. So far it's my 3rd day with 50g total carbs and my workouts are def feeling it. Flat as a pancake but gotta trust the process

Back has always been a weak point for me but heavy rack polls did wonders for me this past offseason. I would do pyramid sets from 135 working all the way up to 600 then back down. Really helped develop my back especially thickness

Little update on my transformation log. Been inactive recently but will be more active from here on out. Been having some rough training sessions recently due to low carb days. Bumping up cardio to 45 mins fasted or right after I workout also. Good thing is I'm down to 207lbs this morning

Just an update on my transformation. Everything seems to be falling in place. Just hit shoulders this morning but focusing a lot more on the rear delts to get them really capped looking and thick. After that was followed up by 30 mins cardio which I do 6x a week. Currently weighing 211lbs atm so...
