Alright day 13! Today was the first day I woke up sore. Went all out on some kick boxing last night and felt great during the workout.

Perfect! That's exactly what I eat when I eat cereal so we are good there and I've never heard of those bars but they sound fantastic lol I'll find them.
Well like I said I crave them I don't however eat them lol. I do eat quest bars from time to time but mostly protein shakes and fruit. Cereal is a go to from time to time as well.
