Hello everyone, found the site through Dylan’s youtube videos. Thank you for those! Age. 25 Height. 6’3” Weight. 190 Body fat % scale says 11% which I don’t believe. If I were to compare myself to pictures of body fat % I would say I am 17-19%. The stubborn areas are what is left...- Hansen2012
