Phurious first cycle log

Day 2....chest and back day...started out with a carb filled breakfast, oatmeal with almond milk. Pinned about an hour prior to the gym. Smooth no problems. Upped my weight on incline/decline dB press. Again fatigue not as quick to hit. Overall good day at the gym. Didnt get the rush I did yesterday but still had a good day. Now to eat.
Lol damn. I was waiting for the energy and f bombs in this post. Reading your first day got me pumped but 2nd day seemed to have lost that energy! Keep up the work bro!

It's there bro...it's just timing, figuring out how my body metabolize the tne (rate). I felt it today...first day was fckn insane. Although the first day could've also included a little adrenaline due to my first pin. I'm still loving this. I know it's gonna get better in about a week or two. Tomor will be my 4th pin.
 
Today another good day at the gym...4th pin today. Pinned my quad, all I can say is fckn seamless. No pain during or after....I think I found my spot. I'm really looking forward to next week when I'm a little farther in and it really starts kicking in. I already feel different...my arms feel pumped all the time....love it
 
Day 6..pinned quads again, smooth. Good day at the gym. Almost a week in....muscles feeling hard throughout. Also noticing some killer morning wood ,Like im 15 again. I'm excited to see what next week brings I'm sure it's gonna get better.

Fuck no lie bro....I eat, I'm full for 5 min and ready to eat more. I'm not use to this. At first I was having a hard time with all this food, that's changing now.

That's your body trying to fulfill the needs of repairing and creating new muscle tissue. I always take that as a good sign. GAINZZZZ :D.
 
Only problem I see is that hunger is telling you something 6/7 at 218 is a clear ectomorph bro I know you want too stay lean but too see gains I think your gonna need too up those calories a bit
 
At those stats your pretty lean or have no muscle at all if your as lean as id guess 4000 is probly where you need too be im 6/5 and my stage weight is 260 and i can cut at 3500 calories but im pretty big but your 2 inches taller than me that makes a big differance

Im pretty lean, I have a little definition but not big by any means. Good to know bro...I may up the cals then. I've been on 3500 for a week now, I'm gonna ride another week out and reassess but you very well may be right.

I have put a few more pounds on this last week, most likely food and a little muscle. I think I'm actually thinning out in the waist more.

Dont be afraid too raise calories keep it clean get a gram and a half protien and keep adding clean carbs weigh and track your food and watch your body if you start gaining fat back off the carbs a little

I do track my food, I eat pretty clean. 50/35/15.

Another pin in the quads..perfect, today is leg day...def felt the tne today...kind of a euphoria followed by a sense of being unstoppable. Love this shit.
