Sodium to Potassium Ratio?

I was wondering what would be a good potassium to sodium ratio? example if sodium is 2300 should potassium be 3500?

That is Dependant on how much sodium you eat but that's for the average adult. So I would get at least that much

Yes I believe so. So I would probably aim for 6,000mg if you're eating more. Just spitting out a round number. I don't know how much sodium you eat but I probably eat a shit load. Personally I probably need above 7grams
