Yea I'm not a fan, I actually like a cup of coffee before my workout but that's it. I have some pre workout and do use it occasionally but it kinda makes me nauseous sometimes and it doesn't matter what brand.
It might just be me but pwo drinks and caffeinated drinks burn me out so fast. I haven't used either in over 4 months but today I was feeling sluggish so I did and I just feel completely burnt and have a monster headache.
Does this happen to anyone else?

I meant as I took those in the past and never will again.... Since the gw there is no need thats my preworkout of choice..The itchiness you're feeling from the preworkout is most likely from the beta alanine. Or could be niacin sensitivity if it's in your preworkout. Either way, with GW and SR9009 you don't really need a preworkout.
