First Cycle Help

Hey whats up?
I train for about 9 years and I'm a personal trainer myself.
I want to start my 1st cycle, the thing is I dont want too much...still more into fitness than bodybuilding.
1.is it possible to do 1-3 cycles and maintain it naturally? (Im always strict with nutrition and training.
2.I was suggested to start with test e 500mg per week and with d bol 30 mg per day but lots of people and friends tell me that its the best to start only with test e 500 mg and its enough for the 1st...also Im afraid of d bol i heard its toxicity is big..
I was also suggested to take sustaone... so my question is, how can I gain enough muscle but minimize the sides ?
should I take just test E? or should I combine it with Anabar or d-bol? and does 30 m"g dbol for 1 month is really bad?
I'm in dillema for years lol I'm always afraid to take but I really want to...taking myself next level.
I just want less side effects and a decent amount of muscle..
I dont want to use it often, just a few times, anyway I don't want too much just little bit beyond my natural limit.

Test E only bro for 12 weeks.
Use 250mgs..doesn't sound like much but trust me you will get nice gains and minimum sides if any
 
how old are you? how much do you weigh?
I don't think you want to take any of this for only 2 weeks if you run a cycle of anything it needs to be a complete cycle to get the max results from it and that could be as long as 20 weeks. It would be a waste to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. you could try a bulking stack of SARMs which is way less toxic and damn near the same results as gear with a mini PCT after the 8 to 12 week run
 
I'm 25 Years old, I am 1.75.

I'm not a begginer..as I wrote, I train around 9 years, I'm a personal trainer myself and I know that I need this little push because I know that I can't reach my goal if I stay natural.

and I didnt wrote that I want to take for only 2 weeks lol I know that 1 cycle is around 10-12 weeks usally..

and btw, if I take test E , what pct is the best for this kind of cycle?
and do I need something to add for the kick for the start?
does it matter? consider the fact that its my first.
and Will I be able to maintain it while I continue as natural?

and what is the range that I should expect to gain in K"g? Usally I'm kinda fast grower ;)
 
U can maintain it as long as u keep your protein and calories up...as for what u might gain I haven't a clue..it's up to u,how hard u work,how u diet and train
 
Like has been said and given your experience already you probably know how greatly your diet can persuade growth or fat loss etc. While on my first cycle I gained probably 15 pounds that I kept. I probably could have gained more had I utilized a better diet and rest regimen. When im on cycle its tough for me to take rest days

does pct guarantee that my test will be ok after the cycle? btw, I think my natural test is kinda high... even when im dieting and very low on carb I have very high desire for sex lol
anyways this is the most scary thing for me, so this is why I ask this.
and btw i get my test from someone I trust so if it depends on it its ok.

Well as in any area of life there are almost no definites. But id say with a modest first cycle and thorough pct you have a very very very good chance of making a full recovery.

just run test alone for a 1st cycle.. you dont even need dbol
 
You are very much a beginner... your not a beginner with your training but clearly your more than a beginner here and honestly, there's no way i would recommend just jumping on steroids first, especially considering your hesitance and being scared... your only 25... this is something you take as a marathon, and definitely not a sprint... i generally like to see people really ease themselves into this... a test only cycle is a great first steroid cycle but to introduce your body to a foreign substance and outside stimulus for the first time, i highly recommend starting with something far more mild and getting yourself on the right track moving forward... have you read my articles or watched any videos on sarms? that would be the best starting point for you as you move forward on your journey... these have little to no side effects with steroid like results and the gains are far more sustainable and recovery is very easy on them... they can lead you right into your first cycle... that would be my recommendation on where to start and i can help set up everything for you...
 
A test only cycle is a great first cycle but dylan makes a great point. I think sarms would be a great way to introduce yourself to the world of anabolics. You have an excellent physique that you have built naturally so you obviously know how to eat and train correctly. I think the right sarms stack would give you some really incredible results. Plus you don't have to worry about the side effects or suppression of steroids. Let us know and we can help you set something up

Bump this......OP, if you "don't want too much" then anabolics is not for you. anabolics is the BIG TIME for THE BIG BOYS. There are better options for your goals.

i agree 100%. when you say stuff like this some people think its just a marketing ploy.But it honestly is spot on and 100% true.Sarms are excellent to easy in steriods .You dont have to worry about injections, sides are much lower, they are easier to recover from and they are great for cutting especially

very well said bro and i completely agree with you... its such an ideal starting point for everyone... this is the best way to introduce your body to an outside stimulus in the safest way...
