You would train bench squat and deadlift three to four times a week using a power a speed and a hypertrophy day with added accessory movement as you see needed

Sounds like I would be deadI was thinking of doing
monday power bench squat deadlift ohp (abs)
Tuesday back acc arms and shoulder acc
Wednesday off
Thursday bench squat deads ohp abs strength
Friday should back arms acc.
Saturday off
Sunday bench squat ohp abs leg acc. Hypertrophy

Okay yeah I might make some tweaks I habe been reading alot of articles about it lately and how training frequency relates to muscle growth just wanted to get everyone else's feed back
