Noob advice

Hello everyone I'm new to the forum and wanted to tell a little about myself. I'm 24, 6'0 180 lbs 12% bf and I've been training off and on since I was 15. I do not compete but I joined this forum to acquire knowledge regarding AAS, SARMS, SERMS, and training advice. My current goals are to gain strength and size but my primary goal is to get below 8% bf by spring. I am open to advice and appreciate the input. I look forward to learning and being active on this forum.

Welcome to AR bro. You're in good hands here. I would ask about starting a cycle in the cycle logs and keep a running log there for your benefit. This will also allow some of the more experienced guys here point you in the right direction if you have questions.

welcome to adrenaline rush brother.. you are fine to just keep this post as is because i moved it for you... your trying to drop high amounts of body fat, so this is a no brainer on what would be the best approach for you.. you definitely want a sarms stack.. i have the perfect layout for you

1-12 rad 140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg doses split 2-3 hours apart
9-12 daa

My diet currently is 2500 cal 219g of protein 219g carbs and 83g of fat. I try and get a good amount of fiber and try to keep sodium low. I cook my own meals. Meals usually consist of chicken steak beef eggs leafy greens fruits and vegetables almonds rice noodles.

I'm new to the sarm world and I've been researching through your youtube channel. Are there any before and after pics of anyone using sarms just curious. I like the idea of sarms I just don't know anything about them

one thing i can suggest right off the bat is increasing your Protein intake. when you are cutting you want a high protein intake, not only to minimize muscle loss, but also facilitate your metabo/fat burning. nothing leans me up better then eating a high protein diet. this is of course while you lower your Fat and Carb intake. you definitely have room to lower fat and carbs if you want to increase your Protein intake. if you are trying to shred down i would also limit my HIGH GI carbs, things like rice, potatoes, rice noodles, pasta, etc. are all very high GI. for me personally i would still eat some but i would eat them at certain times of the day, particularly right after a hard workout. but during the daytime leading up to my workout i would eat more low GI like oatmeal and fresh fruits and veggies. (fruits are fast carbs but they are full of fiber and are not high GI like rice or potatoes)

there should be some around the forums here. not a lot of people post pics though because i would assume they are uncomfortable with doing so..

you can find plenty of information about sarms on dylans youtube and pure essence' website.
