Few issues while on SARMs cycle

So, today is day 30 of a 12 week SARMs super stack and Im running into a few problems and was hoping some of you may have suggestions. Ive been keeping a daily journal but have not posted it as I was originally intending to keep it fairly brief, to the point, and more of a summary. Here is my dosing protocol:

GW-501516..........20mg/day before workout
S4..........50 mg/day split between 2 doses (25X2)
LGD-4033..........10 mg/day in the AM
MK-2866.........25mg/day in the AM

Anyway, started all SARMs at the same time. I started to experience the yellow tint from S4 so I took a 2 day break after 7 days on. After I started S4 back up, I made it another 7 days before needing another 2 day break. Started S4 back up and yellow vision came on faster and harder so only took 1 dose (25 mg) for a few days during this next 7 day run. Took 2 more days off and then started S4 back up. On day 2 of this last restart I had a friend ask me if I was ill. I told him no and asked him why he thought that. In short he said the whites of my eyes were yellow. I didnt think too much of it until today (day 3 of most resent "restart") when my wife and I were chatting and she just stopped mid-conversation and said, "Your eyes are really yellow..........like jaundice". So, at this point Im considering reducing SA or dropping altogether but wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions first. Also, since I have not seen any endurance gains, Im considering dropping the GW also......kind of minimize what I am putting into my body, if that makes sense. Other than that, I have seen increased vascularity and fullness, slight strength gains, and would say I have recomped some. Any ideas and/or feedback?

BTW - Not sure if it matters but I have not had any health issues that affect liver, previous test showed no concerns, take only supplements and vitamins (fish oil, multi, pre-workout, creatine, protein), no other meds, have maybe 1-2 drinks a month, and diet has not changed.

Wanted to add that I have seen good results with the healing part of the stack. From what Ive read this is from the MK and LGD but please feel free to correct me if Im wrong.

hey brother... mk and lgd are the main healing sarms and should provide A LOT of healing benefits as you have seen

so, the issue here is ONLY the s4... there is not reason whatsoever to drop gw and combining this has nothing to do with any issues whatsoever... sarms can be ran many together and should be for proper synergistic results... here's the main problem... your not following protocol properly whatsoever... IF you begin to have issues, as you are, its a 5 on and 2 off method, not 7 and 2... your over extending and never getting a chance to accommodate the sides properly... you need to run it in this manner to avoid the sides and then to bounce back properly... your running too long consecutively to what you can handle... that's the only issue here... you can drop it all together, although that would be a shame or if you continue, you need to follow the right protocol here.. that is up to you but you may want to try it this way first to see the difference... i hate to see you miss out on what it brings for you...

Yeah my buddy goes 5 and 2 like Dylan said... No issues. I hate the thought of vision issues given my Persians activities which has kept me away but give that a shot

You seem to be having a more pronounced impact from the S4 side effects than most people, which goes to show how it can affect everyone differently. I definitely recommend going the 5 on, 2 off route. That is the only thing in your stack that needs altered whatsoever. Keep the GW in there almg with the LGD and MK. Those are not contributing to your side effect at all, and will only help you tremendously with achieving your goals

Dylan, Skoal, Rick...thanks for the advice. Yes Rick, I do think I may just respond different which is unusual because Im generally the guy that has to take more of something to see affects. I actually thought the 7/2 protocol was quite reasonable. I figured that some people run it non-stop with some side that they can live with and jumping to 5/2 might not be needed so I ended up with a middle ground. Funny thing is that I never really tracked the exact days, I just watched/"listened" to my body. All that being said, Ill follow the protocol of 5/2. If that doesnt relieve the sides I guess I could stay with 5/2 and lower dose but Ill cross that bridge when I get there. Also I will be starting a new bottle of S4 soon. I fully expect that it will be dosed the same, but as a scientist I have to consider the possibility that there may be [slight] differences. Thanks again!!!

anytime bro... there is a significant difference in the extra two days you stay on from 5 to 7... i know it doesnt seem like much but it truly is... try 5 and 2 and hopefully that will treat you right!

Sounds like a good plan buddy. Keep usUpdated on how everything goes with this.

Short update.........stopped the s4 for a few days. As you might have expected, the whites of my eyes are now again white. Again, Ill stick with the 5/2 and let you know what happens. Will be relying on friends/family for their feedback as the yellow tint in vision makes it tougher to tell if my eye whites are indeed white.

The 5/2 protocol should hopefully help alleviate that along with the right dosing of course. Keep us updated bro

yes bro, 5 on and 2 off... you will see that it will take a few days for the issue to arise but it will be bearable... by day 5 you are at a point where its having a harder effect on you and its the right time for 2 days off... any longer and the problem will worsen much more but at that point you can take the necessary 2 days off and it will clear again and you will be fine to go again at 5 on and so forth...

Quick update............have been sticking with 5/2 and no yellowness to the whites of my eyes. Ill continue to run this and keep an eye on it. I think it is a pretty effective compound so I wish I was someone that could run S4 straight through or perhaps run it longer than 5 before taking a break. I guess Ill take what I can get.

I'm glad that took care of your problem buddy. For some people in rare instances, the 5 on 2 off protocol is necessary. It sounds like you are one of those people

I knew that would alleviate the problem... unfortunately, some people just can't handle it all 7 days but at least your getting as much as you are... your still going to see big results bro so don't let that get you down.. enjoy the gains!
