Planning next cycle.

Ok planning my next cycle and with all the great advice that was given when I started my cycle a month back, I have had no issues. Maybe a extra pimple, if that's really an issue after your teen years not sure. But want to plan my next cycle and I like to be prepared even if it is going to be 5 or 6 months from now.

Ok questions is if say you start a cycle with sustanon and deca and once you feel the deca is starting to work you switch to test e and deca would that affect your cycle changing test 6 weeks in, is this a bad idea?

Oh yeah put on about 5lb and just in week 5. So feeling good with no gyno or blotting I only use aromasin once per week. Because about 2 weeks back I felt a slight pain under my niple after dumbbell chest day. I'm a little rough getting the weight up so could have been a bruise but didn't want to chance it.

Couple things,
why woyld u even want to switch to test E six weeks in? Sus and deca go hand n hand.
what was your first cycle?
Do u have caber for the deca?
aromasin once a week is not gona cut it. All your doing is letting your estrogen rise half the week then shutting it down putting your body in a roller coaster. .whats your stats?
 
37yrs 5'10" 195lb right now not sure bf% at the moment because normal at this weight I range around 15% but seem to be a little more vascular and tight this bulk on aas, which I guess makes some sense, but really not too sure. I had started my cycle on 250mg a week then switch to 350mg a week to allow for 2 injection a week rather than one. Been working out for about 10 or so years with a break when some family stuff hit (had my son) but been back at it going 3 years consistent. Did some pH stuff a few times in college under a personal trainer, now stepped up to aas finally.

And thanks for the advice on both the sustanon and the aromasin. Will follow both.

So ur planning a cycle of deca and sus for ur next cycle?
What dosage? U will need caber for this and its not really a good choice for a second cycle. But run it by me what u have on ur mind
 
Ok thinking of running 300mg deca and 200mg sustanon, depending on the limp Dick reaction the test could go up to match the deca.
1-10 deca 300mg
1-12 sustanon 200mg
Trying to stay around 500 test for my second cycle. Oh yeah will have caber and aromasin etc. Oh one question you think I should continue using the aromasin at 300mg test or just not use it as I really haven't seen any signs of blooth or gyno just the slight pain I had 2 weeks back. I do run proviron as well on cycle.

You can use testE, TestCyp and sus interchangeably. There is no problem using some of each or however your imagination would care to do it. Those 3 are totally interchangable. I dont knw why you would want to do this but it is ok to do it

I would go 300sus and 200 deca. Then next cycle 500 sus and 300 deca, then next cycle 500/400. So there you have your next 3 cycles!
 
If u keep deca at 200 mg then u might can get by with no caber or u can run it lower at .25mg twice a week

I have some very strong advice for you that will greatly benefit you... DO NOT start planning your next cycle when its that far away... its not even in view... Here is what you need to be doing... focusing on getting EVERYTHING you can out of your current cycle, running it safely and thoroughly and MAKING SURE your pct is perfect and ready to go... beyond that, you should be focused on what your doing as a bridge for in between cycles... by the time you get to your next cycle, you may have drastic changes you did not anticipate and your goals could be COMPLETELY different on what your wanting to run as you are now... what good is it to look that far ahead? you lose sight of everything that's in front of you... your barely at the half way point of this cycle... your focus should be RIGHT HERE.. that's a common mistake too many make.. you have a lot more in front of you than you realize... focus on this, then bridging and as your bridge moves forward, THEN you plan you next cycle...

Very true here Dylan, BUT we are talking about physcology here lol. They way you advised, is correct but when you explain further down the road cycles it sometimes get people excited and full of entusiasm. The fact is...you can plan all you want but when it comes time for the next cycle you will most probably NOT do the cycle you have been thinking about. So then all that planning has been a waste of time. This is why at the base of it all that you are correct...but by being correct he may be a little bummed!! Life is all about the angle that your eyes see!


I have planned cycles before and then when the time comes something changes! May not be able to get deca etc. The though may suddenly pop up...oh man I need to try an oral...and there goes your planning ahead.
Like Lucy in peanuts...that will be 5cents.

thanks bro and my thoughts exactly.. i know its human nature to be excited and think ahead etc. and there's nothing wrong with that, we have all done it but as we all find out, it almost always changes and then you just lose sight of the task at hand... long term thinking is excellent but sometimes you have to address the task at hand first as well.. its all weights and balances and deciphering when one method is good as opposed to the other

yeah man i agree, long term is nice and we all get excited BUT you really need to focus on each day, because those are the pieces that add up to make the long term picture a reality. especially if you are on cycle you need to make the most out of it and focus on daily diet and training, make every training session 100% and remain consistent with your diet. BUT I know ill be eating tuna and dreaming about that parmesan asiago pizza lol
