Dose it daily. Do not take a 5 on 2 off approach at all.

Mk677 is best dosed every day 25mg in the am for a year or more to get full benefits.

There really is no set protocol for breaks from it since it provides continued benefits without desensitizing. Taking a break would be your own discretion. I personally like to run it a year then take a month or two off then start it again for another year.

you want to stay on a year at the minimum... you need to take at least 4 weeks off when you decide to come off but you can stay on at least 2 years with no problems but i would advise to take a break at some point... thats my personal feeling on anything aside from trt but you can definitely run it at least two years

it will begin to show the first month... sleep quality and induced hunger will show very quickly and then its gradual the entire time just as hgh goes...
